Customer Zone is Tata Communications' online customer portal. Tata Communications' voice, data/IP and mobile customers can access Tata Communications' online tools enabling them to quickly and easily report network issues to Tata Communications' Customer Service. Data/IP customers can also access IP Reporter enabling them to monitor their traffic in near real time.

Tata Communications also offers its carrier customers and suppliers (that were formerly connected to ITXC's network) the ability to monitor their traffic global network and to make rate changes using a set of Web-based automated back-office customer tools - Tata Communications RapidTools.
