THE CHALLENGE:

With 34 global offices, and over 19000 employees, Hexaware needed a reliable, and effective collaboration strategy. Over time, while the company had implemented all the elements of collaboration – like conferencing, IP telephony, video and contact centre, each solution was from a different vendor. Hexaware was looking to consolidate its entire collaboration strategy.
 

THE SOLUTION:

Cisco collaboration solutions, with its right mix of on-prem and cloud infrastructure, offered the right consolidation strategy to Hexaware. In addition, Cisco introduced a flex plan, which made it easy for Hexaware to buy the solutions they required in a phased manner.
 

THE RESULT:

Hexaware experienced increased productivity, reduced travel cost and more efficient client and internal communications. About 6000 knowledge workers at Hexaware started using Cisco collaboration solutions across India, the US, the UK and Europe, for internal and external communication. The company averages over 3 million user-minutes per month on Webex.
