THE CHALLENGE:

A mixed bag of legacy collaboration tools made it difficult for this global company to keep its operations in step
around the world, especially in countries where Internet performance was a concern. Strategy meetings were among
the worst affected.
 

THE SOLUTION:

A pre-existing Tata Communications Global VPN was employed as a platform to run a Cisco-powered Hosted Calling solution for company wide unified communications. Cisco Webex Meetings was also integrated for audio, video and
web conferencing.
 

THE RESULT:

A culture change in favour of voice is seeing people’s productivity climbing, especially in Asia Pacific. The ability to launch ad hoc conferences is enhancing the customer experience, complemented by an invaluable business continuity by-product.
