    Go to the “Status” and select “Edit” button at the top to change your status message.

  • Q: How do I add or delete friends from your “Favorites”?

    Tata Communications’ mobile VoIP app allows users to set up a close friend as a “Favorite”. To add a friend “Favorites” you, click the Add to Favorites button in your friend’s profile. Similarly, to remove a friend from your “Favorites”, tap the star icon on your friend’s profile.

  • Q: Is it free to make calls while still on the Tata Communications’ mobile VoIP app?

    Phone calls are not free and will cost when you call a phone number outside of the mobile VoIP platform.
