Roles and Responsibilities
IZO™+ Multi Cloud Connect is a managed service with a clear split of responsibilities. Tata Communications designs, configures, delivers and operates the connectivity on its own infrastructure and the TCx portal. You supply the correct parameters, complete all cloud-side setup in your cloud account, and keep your own network and credentials secure.

The simple rule
If a parameter is correct and exists on the cloud side but the service still fails, that is Tata Communications’ to fix. If a parameter is incorrect or does not exist, correcting it is your responsibility, and no rebate applies for a failure caused by your own configuration or by not meeting the service prerequisites.
Cloud-side resources are yours to remove
Because the cloud connection is created in your cloud provider’s console, it is also yours to delete. Terminating a service in TCx stops Tata Communications billing, but the hosted connection, virtual circuit and gateway remain in your cloud account until you remove them, and the cloud provider may keep charging you until you do.
