Version June 2026 records the capabilities as of Q2, 2026.

Connectivity and service models
  • Two service models: IZO™+ Multi Cloud Connect Direct (private end-to-end over the Tata Communications MPLS network) and IZO™+ Multi Cloud Connect Flex (cloud access for internet-connected sites over encrypted IPsec, single-site and multi-site, facilitated by virtualized network functions (VNFs).

  • Two connectivity options to each cloud: direct interconnect and partner-routed connection.

  • Layer 3 (routed) and Layer 2 (point-to-point) cloud connections, depending on cloud and option.

  • Private cloud-to-cloud connectivity across any pairing of the supported clouds.

  • Resilience options spanning single-metro dual-path through to cross-region designs.

On the roadmap

The items below indicate the direction of the service. They are not dated commitments, and priorities can change - the aim is to give you a realistic sense of where IZO™+ Multi Cloud Connect is heading, grounded in work that is already under way or a natural next step.

  • Deeper self-serve automation - Continued expansion of what can be ordered and changed directly in the TCx Portal without raising tickets.

  • Expanded coverage - Ongoing addition of Points of Presence and cloud regions across the supported providers

  • Richer in-portal observability - More detailed performance reporting and alerting against your connections.
