Formal compliance documentation for IZO™+ Multi Cloud Connect, including certifications, independent audit reports and data-processing agreements, is available to customers and prospects on request through your Tata Communications account team. This page is a pointer to those artifacts, not a substitute for them.
What is available on request
The following categories of compliance documentation can typically be requested:

Certifications: independent certifications held by Tata Communications relevant to the service and its operating environment.

Audit reports: independent assurance reports covering the relevant controls.

Data-processing agreements (DPAs): template agreements covering the processing of personal data, for use alongside your service contract.

Security and privacy documentation: descriptions of the controls relevant to the private-connectivity service.
Because the private backbone keeps traffic off the public internet, many connectivity-layer compliance and data-residency requirements are addressed by the architecture itself; see Key Benefits.
How to request
Contact your Tata Communications account team or raise a request through the TCx Portal. Some documents may require a non-disclosure agreement before they can be shared.
