Billing and Invoices
Billing for IZO™+ Multi Cloud Connect starts when a connection becomes Active, and everything you need to review it lives in the TCx Billing & Invoice module: invoices, advanced billing reports, and the ability to raise a billing ticket if something needs to be queried.
When billing starts and stops
Billing is tied to the connection lifecycle. A connection that is Provisioned is technically configured but not yet billing; billing begins when the connection moves to Active. When a connection is terminated, billing on the Tata Communications side stops as part of the termination.
There is an important cloud-side caveat: terminating a connection in TCx stops Tata Communications billing, but it does not delete the hosted connection, virtual circuit or gateway in your cloud provider’s console. If those are left in place the cloud provider may continue to charge you for them, so cloud-side cleanup is part of decommissioning (see Service Deletion).
Finding your invoices
Open the Billing & Invoice module from the side bar. From there you can:

Raising a billing query
If an invoice needs clarification or correction, raise a Billing Ticket from the Billing Tickets tab rather than a network incident. This routes the query to the billing team and keeps it separate from service assurance tickets. Note that Tata Communications does not rebate charges arising from a customer’s own mis-configuration; billing tickets are for genuine billing queries.
Charge components
IZO™+ Multi Cloud Connect charges are structured around a recurring charge for the connectivity and any managed components, plus one-off charges where they apply. Because managed connectivity and virtual network functions are consumed as an operating expense, adding or changing components through MACD adjusts the recurring charge from the point the change takes effect.
