• Two main Ethernet product lines:
• Dedicated Ethernet provides a clear pipe, ring protection or unprotected and bandwidths from 2Mb/s – 10Gb/s. You may also choose a managed option called the Enterprise SLA option that includes  end to end reporting and SLAs for uptime, packet loss, latency and jitter.
• Priority Ethernet includes four classes of service, mesh protection and bandwidths from 1 Meg to 1G.
• Additional Services
• The Global Priority Stretch Ethernet Service includes usage-based billing.
• Tata Communications offers two flavors of 10 Gig Ethernet services. Both services are 10 Gig wavelength services available between 25 cities in 11 countries with an availability SLA.
• Wan Phy service: Lan Phy or Wan Phy interfaces with a Wan Phy service.
• Lan Phy Service: Lan Phy interface with a Lan Phy service
