Ganesh Lakshminarayanan (Ganesh) is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Tata Communications, bringing over three decades of global leadership experience across multinational corporations, high-growth B2B start-ups, and leading Indian enterprises. He is widely recognised for building and scaling businesses, driving digital transformation, and delivering sustained growth in dynamic and competitive markets.
Prior to joining Tata Communications, Ganesh served as Managing Director and Group Vice President for ServiceNow India and SAARC, where he led the company’s regional strategy and accelerated market expansion. Under his leadership, ServiceNow strengthened its position as a leading digital workflow platform across the region. Before ServiceNow, Ganesh was CEO of Airtel Business in India and previously led Airtel’s Enterprise Business unit. In these roles, he played a pivotal role in transforming the enterprise segment, driving innovation-led growth, and building a robust portfolio of digital and connectivity solutions for large enterprises and SMEs.
Ganesh has also been deeply engaged with India’s start-up ecosystem. He served as an advisor with Sequoia Capital, contributing to several high-growth portfolio companies including Mu Sigma, Capillary Technologies, and Practo. He also held operational leadership roles as Chief Operating Officer at Capillary Technologies and Chief Delivery Officer at Mu Sigma, helping these organisations scale their capabilities and global presence.
Earlier in his career, Ganesh spent a significant period at Dell, where he was instrumental in establishing and scaling the company’s India operations. He led Dell’s Bangalore operations in 2001 and expanded the workforce to over 15,000 by 2011, laying the foundation for a billion-dollar domestic business. During his tenure, he held multiple leadership roles, including President and Managing Director of Dell India. He also led the global consumer and SMB services business and oversaw sales operations across Asia Pacific and Japan, where he was key to redefining hybrid go-to-market strategies integrating direct and channel models.
Ganesh holds an MBA with high distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai, graduating as a gold medalist. He is an active contributor to industry and community initiatives, having been elected twice to the NASSCOM Executive Council and serving on the FICCI Council. He is also a founding member of Social Venture Partners Bengaluru, reflecting his commitment to social impact and inclusive growth.

Aman is the Executive Vice President and CHRO at Tata Communications, in addition to leading the CSR, EOHS and Sustainability and Corporate Services (India) practices. He holds an MBA and Bachelor’s in Economics (Hons). Aman joined Tata Communications in 2013 and has led various verticals within Human Resources including Talent Management, Organisation Design and Development (including Culture, Diversity and Inclusion), Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, HR Platforms, HR for International Regions and Business HR Partnering across various Business Units, over the last 13 years. He has a total of 24 years’ experience with prior stints at EXL Service, Deloitte Consulting, PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG, advising clients on design and development of business interventions and large-scale change management projects.

Genius Wong is the Executive Vice President of our Core and Next-Gen Connectivity Services and also the Chief Technology Officer at Tata Communications. Genius has helped build Tata Communications global core and subsea network infrastructure and services. She is also leading the network transformation for Tata Communications and has built the next generation network infrastructure ensuring it is programmable, agile, intelligent, and performant. She is responsible for the Core and NextGen product portfolio, and under her leadership, Tata Communications has been positioned as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Network Services, Global for thirteen consecutive years. Besides leading Product and Engineering functions for Core and Next-Gen Connectivity Services, she also heads Service Assurance and Network & Service Operations for Tata Communications. She has over 25 years of experience working in digital technologies, cloud and telecommunications, with leadership roles in product development and management, business development, engineering and service assurance. Genius has led strategic cable investments and global network partnerships across countries for all networking solutions. Prior to joining Tata Communications, Genius held leadership roles at Asia Netcom, New T&T and IBM IGN. Genius holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington in the United States.

Natarajan Sivasamban (Siva) is the Executive Vice President and Head of Operations at Tata Communications – a global digital ecosystem enabler. In this role, Siva is responsible for defining the overall operations strategy and its execution to deliver world class platform-based services to large enterprises, globally. Siva is responsible for aligning the internal resources and systems that delivers business growth and productivity through effective leverage of technology. Siva is also the Chairman and Non-executive director of Tata Communications Transformation Services (TCTS) – an AI/ML driven automation first Telecom Managed Services provider offering consulting and integration services globally. Prior to his role in Tata Communications, Siva was the Vice President and Head of Global Corporate Affairs at Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd. Siva was also the Vice President and Global Head of the telecommunications business unit at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). A business leader with over 3 decades of experience, with a post-graduate degree from University of Delhi, Siva has successfully driven global sustainable business growth, managing multi-cultural global workforce across technology domains and industry verticals.

Siddhartha has over 22 years of diversified experience across corporate finance, strategy, business operations, private equity and technology. He has held senior leadership roles within India’s largest business conglomerates, including the post of Vice President and part of the Group CFO & Group Strategy Office at Tata Sons, since December 2020. Prior to this, he was the CEO of Shankara Building Products Limited, between 2017 and 2020. He has also worked in the private equity domain and served as Director, Fairwinds Private Equity, Mumbai (2008 to 2017) and Associate Vice President, ICICI Venture, Mumbai (2005 to 2008). Siddhartha started his career as a software engineer with Cisco Systems in Bengaluru and holds a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad. He graduated with a Gold Medal in B.Tech. Computer Science from NIT Warangal.

Sumeet Walia is President and Chief Revenue Officer of Tata Communications and serves as a member of the Global Management Committee (GMC), leading the company’s global commercial, customer engagement, and marketing organisations. With more than 25 years of leadership experience across the Tata Group and the technology sector, he has played a central role in shaping Tata Communications’ transformation into a leading global digital infrastructure and solutions provider.
Sumeet has been a key architect of the company’s growth strategy, driving business expansion across international markets while strengthening its leadership position in India. He has successfully navigated multiple technology and market transitions, building and scaling businesses across connectivity, cloud, security, media, and digital platforms. A strong advocate of aligning organisational transformation with evolving customer needs, Sumeet has led the evolution of Tata Communications from a traditional connectivity-focused business into a leading global communication technology player. Under his leadership, the company has consistently delivered industry-leading customer satisfaction, achieving industry leading NPS scores, alongside delivering a strong double-digit growth in enterprise business and expanding global market presence.
Sumeet has also incubated and scaled the Media & Entertainment business into a globally recognised platform that now delivers 80% of the world’s tier-1 live sports broadcasts. In addition to driving organic growth, Sumeet has played a pivotal role in the acquisition and integration of strategic businesses, ensuring seamless go-to-market execution, capability expansion, and enhanced customer value creation.
Widely regarded as a trusted advisor to enterprise leaders, Sumeet works closely with CXOs across industries to help shape technology, transformation, and growth agendas. He is equally recognised for building high-performing, culturally diverse global teams and fostering a customer-centric, innovation-led leadership culture.
Sumeet has also served as the Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industries – Tata Communications Centre for Digital Transformation, where he has driven programs and initiatives to help organisations in India unlock the true benefits of digital technologies. The Centre acts as a catalyst to accelerate digital change in the country by bringing industry stakeholders together to spur adoption of mobile, cloud, and emerging technologies, while also championing the development of new talent to drive future innovation.
Sumeet holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai. He has served on various boards and industry forums, and actively supports initiatives focused on women’s empowerment, youth mentorship, and the use of technology as a catalyst for inclusive development.

Executive Vice President - Corporate Strategy Head
Tri Pham is the Executive Vice President - Corporate Strategy Head for Tata Communications. He is responsible for strategy formulation and execution, as well as managing all major strategic initiatives including growth plans, entry into new markets, innovation initiatives and mergers and acquisitions. Tri has over 18 years of experience in the investment banking industry focusing on the telecommunications, media and technology industries in Asia. He has advised many of the world’s leading IT and telecommunications companies and executed some of the largest mergers and acquisitions in the region. Most recently Tri was running his own consultancy; having moved from HSBC where he was a Managing Director looking after TMT, Asia Pacific, from 2008 to 2011. Tri was also an Executive Director at ABN AMRO Bank from 2004 to 2008. During this time, he was co-head of TMT, Asia Pacific. He was also a Director at Merrill Lynch International from 1994 to 2003, where he was head of South East Asia TMT. Tri holds a Bachelors and Master’s degree in electrical engineering from the John Hopkins University. He was also named a Ford scholar at the Wharton School while pursuing his MBA.

Troy Reynolds is the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of Tata Communications. He is also the Chief Risk Officer of Tata Communications. In this role, he oversees the company’s global Legal and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) departments, and advises the company, its board of directors, and management on all legal matters affecting the company. He has served and continues to serve on the company’s board of directors for many of its operating subsidiaries, and is also a member of the legal and compliance advisory committee of Hedera Hashgraph, as well as one of the company’s representatives on its governing council. Since joining Tata Communications in 2008, Troy has been responsible for a number of different functions within the Legal department. Prior to joining Tata Communications, Troy was a Special Counsel at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, an international law firm, where he provided legal counsel to a number of organisations in the technology, media and telecom sector. He has also worked with other U.S. based law firms – Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, and Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs LLP – in an overall career spanning over 28 years in corporate and business law. Troy obtained both his bachelor’s degree and law degree from the University of Kentucky.

Vivek brings over three decades of leadership experience across the telecommunications, digital infrastructure and enterprise communications landscapes. He has held senior roles spanning strategy, large-scale operations, international business growth, and regulatory engagement, with a strong focus on carrier-grade platforms and next-generation enterprise solutions.
Vivek began his professional journey with Tata Communications, where he spent 14 years in leadership roles within the UBS and Mobility Solutions businesses, overseeing markets across Asia-Pacific, Oceania, the Middle East, and India.
In his most recent role, Vivek served as Senior Vice President and Head of Carrier Voice, UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, IoT and Roaming Solutions for the Global Business division at Bharti Airtel Limited. During his 15-year tenure with the organisation, he played a pivotal role in building and scaling global communication platforms, strengthening enterprise portfolios, and driving innovation across cloud communications and digital services.
Vivek has deep expertise in international business operations, India’s regulatory frameworks for digital communications, and the convergence of carrier infrastructure with enterprise-grade digital platforms as well.
