Tata Communications named a Leader in IDC...
Tata Communications is recognised as a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Asia/Pacific Managed SD-WAN/SASE Services 2025–2026 Vendor Assessment (Doc #US52993425, December 2025). The report noted that “The core of Tata Communications’ enterprise portfolio is now structured around the Digital Fabric, a framework designed to enable organisations to adopt modular capabilities - from underlay to edge - under a unified governance and observability layer.” According to the IDC MarketScape, “In Asia/Pacific, this approach has translated into tangible momentum, with the service provider highlighting good growth across all three areas: managed SD-WAN, managed SSE, and managed SASE services.” We believe this is driven by our Digital Fabric strategy which the IDC MarketScape described as ”aimed at helping organizations interconnect their infrastructure, applications, people, and things.”

Key takeaway

  • Hybrid and Hosted SASE flexibility

According to the IDC MarketScape, “this dual-option structure enables enterprises to move at their own pace, preserving existing investments where needed or shifting to a standardized, as-a-service environment in which speed and uniformity are paramount.” We believe this enables enterprises to adopt SASE at their own pace while preserving existing investments or moving to a fully managed, cloud-delivered model.

  • Unified governance

"Digital Fabric’s layered architecture and Tata Communications TCX orchestration capabilities unify network, cloud, and security domains, simplifying policy enforcement and observability across multivendor environments."

  • Automation-led, life cycle driven delivery powered by the AXIOM methodology and AI/ML-driven orchestration

As per the report, "This disciplined, automation-driven approach has become a defining strength of Tata Communications’ managed SD-WAN and SASE delivery."
