Free trial pre-requisites

To initiate traffic on our EDP platform, we will need the following from you: 

 Application Details 

Specify the domain name(s) or FQDN(s) to be onboarded for the trial 

Provide details of the origin server (IP address or hostname) to configure the platform accordingly 

 Traffic Steering 

Complete a CNAME-based DNS update for the chosen domain(s) to direct traffic to the EDP platform

Our team will provide step-by-step guidance and assist with rollback if needed 

 Security Baseline 

Confirm your consent to apply the standard CDN caching and baseline WAAP (Web Application & API Protection) policies at the initial stage 

Policies will be fine-tuned collaboratively as the trial progresses to suit your requirements.

Customer Single Point of Contact (SPOC)  

Nominate a technical SPOC from your App, Infrastructure or Security team to coordinate with us  

This SPOC will collaborate with our team to monitor traffic, optimise policies, and track the trial outcomes 

Our commitment to you 

You do not need to modify your application code. Your current setup stays as it is 

You will receive dedicated support for onboarding and policy-tuning throughout the trial 

We will set up weekly check-ins with you to review performance, security insights and ROI
