Madhur is a seasoned marketing professional with over 17 years of experience across all facets of marketing, including Product, Content, Digital, Partner and Account-Based Marketing. He is currently leading the marketing portfolio for the Customer & Employee Interactions portfolio at Tata Communications. In this role, Madhur is responsible for converting tech features into customer outcomes & use cases,  designing the value prop & positioning, generating marketing pipeline, and building thought leadership for Tata Communications. He has previously worked with companies such as Airtel, IBM, and HCL, and his most recent stint before Tata Communications was with CleverTap, where he served as the Head of Product Marketing.
