Online Dispute Resolution portal for Investors
Investors can now initiate dispute resolution through the Online Dispute Resolution Portal (“ODR Portal”) for any grievances not satisfactorily resolved by the Company, either directly or through the SCORES platform. The ODR Portal has been established by SEBI to streamline the existing dispute resolution system in the Indian Securities Market by harnessing online conciliation and online arbitration mechanisms for resolution of disputes.
