THE CHALLENGE:

Evalueserve a leading analytics partner to Fortune 1000 Companies with a global team of over 4,000 experts collaborating with clients across 15+ industries needed a solution that would enable 24/7 connectivity for successful and timely delivery throughout operations in Europe, North and South America, India, China and the UAE.
 

THE SOLUTION:

A Tata Communications team hosted a discovery workshop to better understand Evalueserve’s collaboration requirements. Microsoft Teams was found to be a perfect fit with the client’s existing Cisco WebEx application as part of a unified-communications-as-a-service (UCaaS) solution. Direct Routing would connect the Evalueserve voice infrastructure to Microsoft Teams using Global SIP Connect™. To enable this, 100 in-country dial-in numbers were provided.
 

THE RESULT:

The key to turning Evalueserve into a connected business is through the UCaaS solution’s improved sustainability and reduced cost of ownership. It also enables smart control featuring fully secure meetings and web collaboration. Against a cost optimisation target of 60 percent of audio traffic moving onto VoIP, the company has achieved 66 percent, with 38 percent of Evalueserve meetings taking place virtually.
