Manufacturing enterprises are transforming at a furious pace to adapt to the new reality. This is especially true for their efforts aimed at digitising customer engagements, process and experiences. However, few have been able to get it right. This paper uncovers why many enterprises are struggling to deliver integrated, consistent and seamless customer experiences.
