About Deepak Gusain

Deepak is the Global Head of Sales and Solutions for Mobility & IoT Business for Tata Communications. In this role, he is responsible for developing new initiatives, revenue and business for Mobility & Internet of Things for enterprises, service providers and mobile operators across various industry verticals such as Service Provider, Industry 4.0, Transportation, Automotive, Smart City, Media etc.

Deepak has more than 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications and IT Infrastructure industry spanning across various functions such as engineering, pre-sales, product development, sales and business development with specific focus on emerging markets globally. He has extensive experience in solution architecture, IoT services, network services, security, data center hosting, cloud services, voice and collaboration. He has been with Tata Communications for the last 15 years.

Originally from India and now based in Dubai UAE, Deepak earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from IP University in New Delhi followed by Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership from Emeritus in collaboration with MIT, Columbia Business School and Tuck Executive Education. He also has an advanced level certification in Cisco Data, Voice and Telepresence design. He is an avid cricketer, badminton player and a fitness enthusiast.
